Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
Domestic (U.S.) orders: 5–10 business days
International orders: 10–20 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log in to your Odoland account to view your order status anytime.
No, we do not store your credit card information. All payments are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment gateway to protect your privacy and security.
We are required to charge sales tax on orders shipped to certain states or regions where applicable. The sales tax amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping options and fees will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Whenever possible, we ship all items in a single package. However, depending on product availability or warehouse locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Don’t worry — you’ll receive tracking info for each shipment.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging and in resellable condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@odoland.net for return instructions.
