Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

Notify you via email that we have received your returned item.

Inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@odoland.net with your order details and a photo of the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
